Annie Oakes, Conference Registrar, and Dana Elder, both of Eastern Washington University, and Sharon Mitchler, Centralia College, celebrate a very successful 2003 conference at Spokane Falls CC.  Kudos to Sharon for her election to national office; she currently serves as Associate Chair of National TYCA, 2003-2004.  Effective 2004, she becomes the Chair of National TYCA.
