Session Description:(50 words or less, suitable for inclusion in program)
Session Abstract:(Provide a detailed description of proposed session)
Equipment needs:

Presenters:  (Include names, titles, institutions, addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses of all presenters; if needed, include home mail/phone/e-mail information for summer contact)
